When I list your home it will be marketed aggressively to achieve the fastest sale through the Multiple Listing Service, Realtor.com, my personal websites, print media and open houses. My commission structure is flexible and is based upon the marketing strategy that we agree upon. Even if you don't choose me as your realtor, don't be misled by others who say everyone charges 6% or more.

If you are a buyer, I will work with you to understand what features and location are important for you to have in your new home and match those desires with what is available on the market. When buying a home, the seller, not the buyer typically pays the commission or fee for my services. If you prefer, I will work with you as your buyer's agent.
